Your Print Files

Please always supply your print files in the following way:

In CMYK mode (RGB colours are generally never the same as colours in CMYK mode
Ensure you leave a margin of atleast 1mm on each side (3mm in the case of posters)
We only accept JPG, TIFF or PDF file types
Your print data should have a resolution of atleast 300dpi (for posters 240dpi is sufficient)
In the case of magazines, please send the use pages (e.g. 20-1; 2-19; 3,18; etc.) as individual files. Please name these clearly so we can correctly collate them in the magazine.

Sending us your print files

The easiest way to do so is via the upload feature when you checkout. Alternatively you can email us your files at sales@graphicooze.co.uk

Delivery

Standard delivery is free to the UK and is normally within 7 - 10 working days from the date of ordering. Faster delivery is avaliable on request for an aditional cost.

Prices

We feel our prices are very competative already, however, if you find somewhere that provides the same quality products for less we will try to match or beat that price. Bulk or multiple orders may also be considered for a discount. Please contact us for details.

Payment

We accept most major forms of credit / debit cards via our online payment merchant, PayPal. Alternatively, we also accept cheques. However, your order will not be placed until the cheque has cleared.
